RESPECT......

3.03.2020        Walt: create a quality blog post for an online audience , using correct sentence punctuation

Respect  to me is using polite langue like thank-you and no thank-you  when talking to somebody.  listening to what they have to say, its also not hitting or punching people. not talking over the teacher or  answering back because the have taken time out of there day to help you with your learning or to take care of you .  help people when needed  like when they have fallen  over and hurt them self and asking  if they need help to carry something that they can't and when at a friends house greeting there family introducing your self and taking off your shoes at the door.

  1. Tēnā koe Manaia-Jae. You have a well-written paragraph about respect here, ka pai! You have given some great examples of what respect looks like at school, especially about language and teachers. You also mentioned visiting someone's house. Why might respect look differently at your friends house compared to what it looks like at school or in the classroom? Are there any other places you visit where respect may look differently, e.g. library, grandparents house, marae, etc.?

    2. HELLO MISS-FLEET (:
Respect looks different at a friends house because it isn't your house and if you don't show respect at there house you may never be allowed back to their house. (:

In the class room you need to respect it more because again it is not your house/room and disrespecting the class-room is like your teacher or friend coming to your house and disrespecting your room.

you can show Respect in a pool, church, at your parent's work, and to TREE'S, to crome books, to books, to animals, at your house
